The best weather device I have ever purchased. Prior, was Oregon Scientific devices. Great value. I purchased additional monitors. Easy setup. Follow the instructions. One plus - long range for the monitors.

I did not receive the screen with my order of WS-5000. Took two calls to get the part sent. First call they sent the power cord which I already had. Once I got the screen the product had worked great.

It was expensive for what amounted to maybe $3 worth of plastic and metal. And it did not work to keep the bluebirds out of the rain cup. I had to buy additional bird spikes from Amazon, which I attached via zip ties. That total cost was $9, arrived in one day (as opposed to the 5+ day shipping you guys offered), and worked much better because the spikes were longer and already bent. So I wouldn't recommend anybody purchase the bird spikes that you guys offer - which is a shame since it's YOUR product designed specifically for YOUR product.

Wind meter was inaccurate. I previously had a La Crosse one. Since a new wind meter was unavailable I decided to try Ambient. The console would not run on the back up batteries and I was unable to make the website function. Not a good experience! I like the La Crosse console better as it gives me wind speed and wind gusts in one screen. I live in the desert where wind is a problem and the wind monitoring is most important.

Ambient provided excellent troubleshooting guidance on the necessary steps to take to determine the issue. Ultimately I had to order a new part and it was delivered promptly with good instructions on how to replace the part.

I was pleased that Ambient Weather could suppily me with new wind cups for my WS-2902C station. Mine had been broken by a damaging hail storm. The station is working great now after a very short down time until the part arrived. Thank you Ambient Weather.

Ordered a WS-5000 sending unit which works great.
Unfortunately it did not come with a mounting bracket to be usable. I had to order the bracket separately, and would like to know if it should have been included in the original order.
Was communicating with Matt.
