The new Termo-hygrometer assembly not working. Humidity — and temperature does not change.

Probably one of the best products I've ever purchased. Straightforward ease of assembly, extremely well instructed/documented, and the software setup for WiFi weather reporting was intuitive and easy to use. Bravo Ambient Weather!

The actual ordering process was pretty straight forward. What was not as clear was which displays work with which weather stations. I had to ask your support team, which delayed my purchase by about 1 week. While I like the WS-5000 weather system I purchased, it would be really nice if there was a console that cost under $100 that worked with the sensors (even if it did not include the UV level or solar radiation).

I bought the WS-2902 Home WiFi Weather Station. It arrived promptly and was simple to install. My concern is the accuracy. The temperature was off by 4 degrees, the rain fall total appears to be off by about 50%, and the wind speed appears to be off by about 50%. I'm still checking the rain and wind, but I'm sure about the temperature, and that makes me suspicious of all the factory calibrations, as temperature is obviously the simplest.

Quick delivery. Installed, back in business. Original unit only lasted one year. Need better results this time. This appears to be a weak point in this station.
