The display works fine but the links via the ambient weather app leaves a lot to be desired. Getting this connected via the internet to the ambient weather network is not user friendly so quite frankly I gave up.

Installation even into an Eero mesh was surprisingly straightforward. The only problem I had was misreading “F” for “E” and “O” for “0” when typing keys.
The WS2902C is working as promised.

I'm located in the US Virgin Islands. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. Being limited to only UPS shipping doubled the price of my purchase. I elected to send to a family member who then used USPS Priority to send to me for $20 instead of $120. I see no reason you Ambient couldn't have used the US Postal service in the same way.

Website was difficult to set up an account.
Customer service the first time I called was not helpful.
Customer service the second time (Different Person) was very helpful and walked me through everything and I placed my order.

I don't understand why I have to purchase a weather service to make this thing work!

I was having a problem with birds landing on the rain gage cup and clogging the funnel with droppings. On calling tech support I was directed to the bird spike accessory which hopefully solves the problem.

The store experience is not particularly easy to navigate or understand. The product comparison is confusing & unclear. I'm an engineer so pretty tech savvy. I'm struggling with it then I imagine it is confusing to many customers.

My new WS-2000 arrived broken right out of the box. The transmitter for the wind speed, direction and the rain gauge was faulty. Kudos to ambient for sending a replacement but the same thing happened to a WS-1002 that I purchased years ago. Very poor quality control!!!

Wind Cups were difficult to locate on the website and overpriced. Almost $20 for a 5 dollar piece of plastic. Way overpriced.

This was an easy shopping experience. Pain-free, and with quick, free shipping! We're loving our WS-2000 weather station, now equipped with the Lightning and PM2.5 sensors.

Shopping e Petrine e is straight forward and easy. I am pleased with the process and the people are very helpful if you need to talk. I’ve been using their systems since 2018…
