My wife worked for one hour on the phone with a repertoire on the phone with the representative and on our computer to see if we could get it downloaded and put onto my cell phone and she couldn't get it in that length of time we're both disgusted if it's that complicated to put together and I return the unit rodmeyer

My ordering experience was Great! The communication on status of my order was very good, and I received what I ordered quickly. Installation, and setup went very quickly, and it was easy to setup. I am very much enjoying my new weather station. My old one was an AcuRite 5 in 1, which died after a long life. The display is so much easier to read from any angle, compared to the old LCD display. So far a great experience.

It was difficult to find a pole on your website that would work with 2902c and my fence post. When I did find it, it was too expensive. Went to Lowes, bought an 8 ft steel pole cut to size and package of c-clamps for $26 including tax. Installed it myself, burying pole couple inches in ground to ground it. Weather unit easy peasy to set up.

Shipping was fast, and I'm very happy with the quality and the apparent durability of the weather station. I did have to seek a mounting solution elsewhere since Ambient Weather didn't offer a method to mount it where I planned, but they can't really be blamed for that. I decided to get the WS-2902C instead of the WS-2000 since my suburban location is less than ideal, so saving a few bucks made sense.

I really love the weather station, and after I received help it works beautifully and works much better than the one I purchased a number of years ago. Thank you for your crew!!
