Ordered a WS2000 with several sensors. I was shipped the wrong sensors and called Ambient Weather over 2 weeks ago and they assured me the right sensors would be shipped out to me immediately, but here we are two weeks later and I do not have the sensors or even an email saying they have been shipped! Also having issues with WS2000 not working as it should! I will try and call again today and see if I can get some of these issues resolved! Another issue with customer support is, having to wait a long time to speak with someone!

Ordered a new weather station and it was shipped pretty fast. We'll see if it works better than our previous system that always got clogged up with spiders and wasps.

Good equipment as ordered, prompt delivery.
I hope no connection, but 1 day after placing my order with you, my credit was hacked with a $945 dollar charge from the university of Michigan athletic dept.

Traveling with our Ambient Weather Station on our travel trailer, we lost the wind-cup which reports the wind speed. Looked no further than Ambient Weather's website and found a replacement to install and resume reporting wind speed. The website was clear and functional throughout the ordering process. About a week later, our part was delivered and I promptly installed it. Owning 3-weather stations (2 at the house and 1 on travel trailer) I would not hesitate to order another Ambient Weather reporting station in the future...their great!
