Did a fair amount of shopping research prior to choosing Ambient. What helped with decision was the available owners manual to download and study. Shipping packaging equally well designed as the product now monitoring the weather. Very satisfied.

Just wanted a basic station. Everything now days has to much stuff included because you can. I have it pretty much going now, but it is still to much for me.

The weather station is all I hoped for, and more. There is so much information that pleases me. The accuracy is excellent and I like the overall performance. I will know better after I've had it for some time, but as of right now, I am pleased. I also had questions for some of the material and they were very quick to respond, which amazed me. Again, I would purchase this again. I looked at everything for quite awhile and chose this and am not disappointed.

I had to return the console I bought because the item pictured isn't what I received. I wanted a replacement console for my 2902 that connected to WiFi. The picture of the 1900A showed a WiFi icon but the actual 1900A doesn't have that connectivity option.

Accessories, bird spike kit, and sensor solar shield, are cheaply made and poorly designed.

Ordered ThermoHygro-assembly. Technical support was good and recommended the part. Website was easy to use and place the order. Unfortunately, the part arrived defective and did not fix the issue I had. Returned it for refund. Was able to get WS-2000 unit working again by draining super capacitor overnight and restarting with new batteries.

Love this weather station! I just wish the bird deterring pegs came pre-bent and the display was easier to set up. Touch screen would be nice, or an easier “set” button.

The WS-2902C weather station is well made and accurate. The color display console is bright and easy to read. Online ordering was simple and delivery was quick.
Physical installation of the station and connection to the display console went smoothly; however I spent several hours linking the station to my wireless home network. My tri-band mesh network required technical assistance to disable the 5GHz bands on the router so that the station could connect to the specified 2.4GHz band. In the end, all came together, but the time spent dampened my initial enthusiasm. With so many varieties of wi-fi networks, your experience may be different—just a word of caution.
Overall, I am pleased with the Ambient Weather Station and hope for years of accurate weather data.

Overall, a positive experience, though the writing skills of the technical support staff could be improved. This is a replacement for me; it took several iterations to understand what was needed. Lack of grammar and not answering questions clearly (answered three questions in one sentence).
