System works great except rain gauge seems to report 40-50% of what we seen in our standard gauge. It’s not perfectly balanced but it’s very close. Also, difficult to set up with eero mesh network. Need to turn off all but base access point to connect.

No instructions for how to install repair part, with cheap, easily-stripped-out screws, and now my outdoor thermometer doesn't work. Should have known from the one-year-only warranty not to buy this product.

Needed a weather station in The Netherlands, but the shipping costs were way too high, almost the price of the weather station itself. Was luck to be visiting the US and was able to order this and have it delivered to my hotel. Repacked it all into my suitcase and assembled it and got it running when I got back to The Netherlands. We ll worth the hustle as the setup, mounting, registering and using all the components was a breeze. Have it all integrated into HomeAssistant and using the data in my window and shades automation.
Only complaint is that there are sensors that only report in Imperial units through the API and require math after data collection. Considering there is an option to change this for the console, I wish it included the API data as well.
Short of that, very happy I went to the trouble to drag this all the way back home.

Hard to write down the whole experience. Basically, needed to buy a replacement for a broken part on my weather station. Used the link you provided to buy the replacement, but it didn't work. So now I have to return the piece that didn't work. Your web site suggests calling to get a return approval, but I have been on hold on the phone for many minutes calling about my broken part and now about the replacement part. Very frustrating experience - maybe that is my best description.
