I had an issue with connecting to WiFi and their customer service was excellent! This unit replaced a Acurite unit that was constantly breaking down. This Ambient unit is much more accurate with temperature and wind . Highly recommend!

Easy to order, arrived quickly, correct and functional part. My only suggestion would be to include instructions as there was one piece that we didn’t know what to do with.

Easy to find and purchase the additional sensors I needed. One had a bad display segment and was immediately replaced under warranty at no cost to me. Overall a very positive experience and great customer service after the sale.

Love my weather station. This last one took some serious tweaking to clear a not reporting condition but once this was cleared it has worked like a champ!

Good product for a good price. Only issue I have is that the units do not last as long as I would like. This is my 4th array in 12 years.

I needed tech support for a WS-1201 weather station’s inside display console not working correctly. I ordered a replacement power supply at the suggestion of tech support. The display console’s screen remains non-functional after trying the new power supply. Even after 4 phone calls over two days leaving voicemails requesting some one from Ambient Weather contact me with instructions as to what needs to be next to solve my issues, no one has been in touch, nobody! To me, that is horrible customer service!

Not a purchase. A replacement for defective rain collector. Handled promptly. Installed by me. Digital rain collector system now working.

I called the sales/support number and got great assistance from Ruth. Ordering was easy, product shipped the same day, I got the package the next day (they’re in Chandler, I’m in Avondale just outside of Phoenix – so not a long distance), and it was up and rubbing the following day!
