Product descriptions are easy to read and make a choice. In this case the WS-5000 was my choice. On line ordering was very easy.

Your instructor booklet leaves a little to be desired. Had to call support for what turned out to be a simple answer.
Otherwise, I like the unit.

So far everything is working as advertised. The ambient weather website is very convenient to get weather info as well as the console and the weather cam.

Had a problem with weather station I purchased some time ago. Mr. Lopez was very quick to respond and worked with me through several steps to correct problem. Then repair part was defective an he worked through that problem also. I am very impressed with the help I received and this has made me a long term repeat customer.
