I am extremely pleased with my recent experiences w AW. first, ordering was easy and the delivery of the 2902 was fast.
While the station was very easy to install - excellent product manual - there were a few hiccups in the network hook up. I got fast service there, too, emails generally same day.
While I can't comment on durability, I think the 2902 is a great product for the hobby weather geek

I’d give it 5 stars if the WS-2902C would properly interface with WiFi without having to temporarily drop WiFi and cellular parameters to activate it. That being said, it’s an awesome weather station. I’d buy it all over again…I don’t really care if it connects to my mesh WiFi network….I just purchased a WS-1900 console (no WiFi connection) and now I have two consoles.

Website was easy to navigate and purchase went perfectly. I'm very happy with my station and I added the lightning sensor and housing. I can't wait for a thunderstorm to try it out!

Love our new WS-2000. The set up instructions are confusing and incomplete. Thank goodness for YouTube where a customer showed what he learned about set up!

Very nice weather station compared to AccuRite. Only difficulty is connecting to WiFi and Internet. Still working to get it online.

Shopping was great. Still having trouble with the camera connection. All of the other parts of the system are working great.

Sensors worked great out of the box. I just followed the instructions to set the dip switches and put in batteries and my WS-2000 picked them up, immediately.

the product seems to be good, but the instructions are not complete, it doesn't tell what the different parts are for.

Took a few tries to get connected to my router, but has worked perfectly since then.

This is a great station. It's sophisticated enough to give a decent amount of data for most backyard meteorologists. This is a station for the more experienced weather observer. The monitor is smaller than I prefer and isn't easily readable from across the room (an estimated 12 feet) if you're wearing glasses.

Great experience. I ordered 4 wired temp indicators for my weather station to use on my freezers and fridge. I got them in a couple of days, it was free shipping. Im using them to monitor my freezes and fridges and they work GREAT. It nice to bet able to monitor via the dashboard and set alarms

I wasn't aware that to return unit for $25 credit when purchased "new upgraded" unit, I would have to pay postage. $11.74!
