I received a quick decision regarding a nonfunctioning part. I appreciate the decision to replace the part. This would be a 5 star rating except I have yet to get any correspondence documenting the decision. We shall see.......

Hello. I was very satisfied with my transaction with Ambient Weather. The email communications was fast, clear and responsive to my issues. The purchase of the new console went quickly and I was emailed with the new factors to put in the console so it could be used with my old outside unit.

Love the wx-3000 It performs well including the pool thermometer. The range is excellent. Just wish it had a larger monitor screen for us with poor eyesight.

It only could have been better if they allowed me to ship it to another address on the website. It wouldn't so I had to call in to order the part. We are traveling and needed the part during our trip.

Finally set the new system up today. So far very impressed! Easy & intuitive. More to do to get additional sensors set up and weather underground set up, but loving it so far.

I have a mixed review. While the hygrometer is spot on, the thermometer is unbelievably inaccurate. It currently reads 81° while another external thermometer 6" away is reading 95°. Both thermometers are well-sited out of direct sunlight. Additionally I did not know the kit came without a mounting kit so I don't have the rest of the weather station set up yet

Purchase was seamless. WS-2902c arrived quickly. Set up was straight forward. Did have a few questions which I directed to support email. It was late weekend and expected answer during the work week. Too my surprise and gratitude reply arrive in short order. Impressed.
