Excellent customer service. I needed a new part for my 3-year old WS2902 weather station. Ordered online from ambient weather site. Ordering was simple and new part was received in less than 4 days. Lots of good info on ambient weather web site.

My rain gauge is not recording the right amount of rain. I have a regular gauge out too and they’re not even close. Last night ambient recorded .74” and regular gauge showed 1.4”.

It was a very good shopping experience. I was looking for and did purchase a replacement sensor for the WS-270. I did have trouble finding on the site since I could not find this sensor anywhere else. I thought maybe model was discontinued but I did see that it was. So if you would have verbiage for either sensors or console that are available but discontinued it would help.

Easy to order and arrived quickly. The free soil moisture sensor is great in my garden.

I like your product and actually own 3 of your systems. I bought a lightning detector to add to an existing WS-2000 but I am unable to connect it due to an outdate firmware problem on the console. Despite following your online instruction to update the firmware, the system will not update. Can someone help?

I only have one complaint and that is about the display. It is very difficult to read, unless I am standing directly in front of it. If I am standing at an angle to the display, I can see are the colored pains. The numbers disappear.

Excellent, comprehensive with easy set up. Multiplicity of iPhone apps a little confusing, as is the difference between web addresses AmbientWeather.com and AmbientWeather.net
Also, there should be Alexa commands for just specific current information, such as wind speed, outdoor temperature, rainfall, etc.

Everything connected without a problem. So far it been a week and 100% better than my previous PWS.
