Great company, great service. Wasn't keen on the idea of having to upgrade my console, but they made it a fair deal.

Easy purchase process. Quick delivery. Easy to follow instruction. We might not have a perfect location for our station but it works good enough for us!

Snow and wind storm brought down a rather large limb on the station. AW shipped new vane and wind speed cups and I was back up in 5 days! And.... I got rid if the tree!

So far am pleased except for one issue that resulted in one star drop. I purchased the tripod mount and some other mounting poles. The very next day found the same item on Amazon for $27 less. I wrote in asking for the difference in a refund with no response. I was honestly surprised that a third party would be able to sell less than the initial company selling the item. Looks like in the future if I need something I would go thru Amazon first which is really too bad. Ambient did give me a Military discount but the price was still $27 higher even after that.

Easy setup with one caveat, accurate data, and easy streaming to the internet makes the WS5000 weather station among the best in it's price range of less than $1000.
The setup caveat includes the pre-drilled holes with screws are not centered and had to be re-drilled. - Retired Gov Research Meteorologist.

Purchased replacement transformer which came quickly and solved my problem. Having used many many transformers over the years in my work I was surprised that replacement was needed after only six years.

Quick delivery...but I was missing the lid to the rain gauge... was I to order it separately? Seems odd.

I am quite pleased with my purchase, I have been wanting/needing a system like this for years/ I do think the website set up could me more efficient. Where I have the system now is not its permanent location, but since I have the system already set up here, setting it up there will be faster and more efficient.

Quick shipment and rec'd everything in good order. Station works great, easy to setup, all the various add-on sensors I bought work well and show up in the web page so I can monitor everything remotely if I want. This was a replacement of another brand weather station - this one is FAR superior.

I was sold item Ambient Weather WH31-SRS Solar Radiation Shield which was unnecessary for the lightening detector and could not be easily attached to my pole. The return process was cumbersome and expensive so I just ate the loss.

This is for the WS-2000. Was easy to setup and get going. So far we really like the weather station and the remote units. Seem to be more accurate than my other brand that is still running. The screen/tablet is a bit busy what with all the information that it displays but it very readable. The web site is easy to setup and use
