Ordered the WS-5000 weather station with a bunch of accessories and then ordered additional soil moisture sensors. Both orders had minor issues but were quickly resolved with the help of their tech support person (Odell)...so still giving 5 stars. Tech support responded the same day for both issues.

While the shopping experience was good, I'm having issues with my rain gage taking an accurate reading of the rainfall. Can you please help?

Great product. Does everything I expected, maybe the owners manual could be a little more detailed for us older folks. Very satisfied with product.

I ordered a weather transmitter with a receiver and ordered a second receiver. What was delivered was the weather transmitter and the enclosed transmitter. The 2nd added on receiver was NOT delivered and a soil moisture gauge was delivered by your mistake. I emailed for a return for the whole order OR to send me the 2nd transmitter.and your company emailed me a refusal. I decided I would not keep anymore of your products and I then gave this whole order to my neighbor. I still have your older model weather system, but no more now!!!

Was shipped very quickly - surprised me! Seems to be working as intended! Messed it up a little when installing it but I was sleep deprived and, hey, it's still doing the job I think lol.

Due to inclement weather here at 8000 feet in Colorado, haven’t been able to instal weather gauge. Therefore, haven’t completely read manual, installed/calibrated moisture sensors, figured out a way to keep the water gauge from heavy spring snow, which could bend bird wire. I’ll have more to say when my greenhouse can maintain a evening/morning temperature of 50 deg. F at night for a week.

A fine product and a reasonable product, overall. But room to improve:
1. A huge missed opportunity by not offering simple visual analysis tools on-line: i) compare year-to-year data; ii) compare local observations to climatological norms.
2. It should be made simple to download long time spans of full resolution data for people to analyze on the desktops.
3. Instructions for installing replacement parts could be much better.
