Will not put what I purchased in my online account even though I purchased it BEFORE I created the online account.

I was disappointed it did not show barometric readings as the old display monitor did. Also I think the temperature reading (both in & out) should be the prominent number and be displayed first before the humidity.
I was glad however that it communicated right away with the old equipment on the roof and after a couple of days displayed all the settings.

I was disappointed when I could not find parts for my WS1200.
Thus we purchased a WS5000. Will see how it holds up.

Products are great, customer service is essentially non existent. Can never get someone to answer the phone, call backs sometimes occur 2-3 days after I leave a message, but sometimes don't occur at all. Callbacks, if they do occur, always come at a time when I'm not at the location where the weather station is located. After several experiences like this I have given up on even trying to get questions answered from the company.

Console I bought is not compatible with my system. Single star is because tech info is no longer available without signing on.
