Nice professional people. Had to replace my array after a year and a half of tough duty on Galveston Bay. Technical service helped me diagnose the problem. Love my weather station!

The weather station I wanted was in stock, reasonable shipping time and free shipping. What more could you want.

GOOD: The replacement rain gauge arrived when expected and in good condition. BAD: Its instructions were incomplete. There were 4 (not only 2) screws in my weather station. Also, the wire connection configuration is different too. On my original gauge, the wires connected up from the bottom, with a water shield covering it like an umbrella. The wires for the new gauge connect horizontally, with a flimsy flap giving much less protection from water intrusion. It took more time than expected to install, as it requires specific screwdrivers to fit the screws and deep holes they're in.

Fast service and the WS-5000 is a great weather station. This is my 3rd Ambient Weather PWS over ten years. They are a great company and build excellent equipment.

It was an easy purchase and my Lightening sensor with pole mount went up without a problem! Seems to work very nicely. I have helped to sell THREE weather stations so far by singing the praises of my WS2000 (O:

I think that we will come out of this situation OK. We are currently back at our home in Oregon and need to return an incorrect order from the use location in the San Juan Islands in Washington and will not be able to return there until the very last of this month.

You gave me the wrong part, and I can't get through to your support to get you to send me the right one. And, you sent me to voice mail, and haven't bothered to return my call yet. You did send the wrong part fairly quickly, so I guess that is in your favor.

Package arrived on time and in good condition. I've been using my WS-5000 for a few days and all parts appear to be working properly so far.
