The mounting equipment arrive promptly and in good condition. Everything fit together well, but the total assembly is not as stable as I’d like due to the friction-style connections. If I were to buy another pole I would make it all one piece.

I had a small problem with setting up my Ambient weather station and emailed AW tech support. I received a reply the next day from Eric and was able to resolve it immediately. AW support is awesome.

System hardware was simple to assemble and put in place. Setting up the monitor was simple enough once you find all the information you’ll need. Have had a couple heavy storms and the system worked great while we had power. Thought the monitor would have had some kind of battery back up for this like the weather station sensors do but it does not. That is the only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars.

Fast shipment. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Set up (outside installation to inside display) was performed fairly easy. Verified temp and rain amount with a neighbor and readings are accurate. Have not hooked up to Internet yet.

Would give it 5 but the weather station is very difficult to link to the app on phone.

Had 3 Acurite stations before my WS5000. Big difference in quality and performance. Looking for a long relationship with Ambient.

I really don't have anything to review because I bought the Ambient Weather Station mainly to record rain but it hasn't rained since I bought it.
