I purchased a WS 2902C weather station and needed help with installation. I contacted your office several times and requested call backs. I have not received any return calls. Very disappointed in your service.

Nice product Easy to use and set up. Only ding is how long it takes from order to arrival ... like 2 weeks!

Set up is challenging after that it’s great. Ad says solar so you might think you need solar batteries, you don’t. You need both AA and AAA batteries, and they recommend LI Ion batteries for cold weather locations. You need a WI-FI that broadcasts in2.4, dual band worked for me. Also if you have WI-FI extenders you’ll need to unplug them. The app gives lots of info for outside and inside.

Ambient was not only knowledgeable about their product but patient and understanding and open to all my questions. I felt good about the weather station I purchased for my friend

I’m glad there’s a video on putting it ll together that does a fine job of explaining the written instruction. It’s a quick-ish put-together and the entire system run very well.

when I originally spoke to someone for the replacement part, they indicated that they would also send a foam insert to reduce the wind blowing off the rain funnel. I did not receive it with my purchase. I had to call back a second time to make the request for the foam insert. I have not yet received it, but expect it will arrive shortly (I Hope).

Easy purchase. Same price as Amazon but included an extra sensor. Plus a small discount for veterans. A great example of why it's good to buy directly from the manufacturer.

I was unable to place my order on Father’s day, but the good folks at Ambient Weather helped me in the days following Father’s Day and honored their sale price.
