Very disappointed with your customer service. I placed an order with one of your representatives on Thursday June 23rd. I was informed that your company was unable to accepted a Visa gift card for the purchase. I placed the order with another credit card. On Monday June 27th, I received a call from FedEx advising that they can not delivery the package due to an incorrect address. I now have to go to a FedEx facility 10+ miles away to pick up the package. I am not happy with the level of service I have received thus far.

The weather station is very nice.
The camera is odd - it has to be plugged into an outlet using an unprotected lead/plug. I cannot get information on how to return the camera.

Not happy.
I don't particularly appreciate booting a computer/tablet and then going to a web page to view my sensors.
I have sensors for a freezer and my attic to not display them on the console is frustrating.
Not everything in life needs to have an app or webpage involved.
We are discussing what our next move will be possibly returning.

It was fairly easy to see the products. Would like to see more information on the sensors that are included with weather stations. Also a little more detail when comparing the weather stations

So far so good/ The only problem so far is my added purchase or a rain/bird spike. I am finding it difficult to follow the directions and to put together. It comes with two self locking metal strips and I wasn't sure if you add all the rubber sections with holes in for the spikes onto one self locking strip or some onto both. Then I forgot one rubber section and now after putting two self locking strips together I can't separate them to add the forgotten rubber strip. Even so it doesn't look like putting the two strips around the rain gauge would look as easy as the directions shows. I may have to order another rain spike ot just see about going without it for now. Otherwise, I like my ws-5000.

Great selection of weather stations. Easy to determine differences between each. Totally satisfied with my new weather station. Easy to set up with great features to monitor remotely.
