The product arrived quickly and as advertised. The unit was easy to setup and is working well.

Just on the fence about my weather station. For the price, I'm worried how long this will hold up with the station feeling rather cheap. Main point of annoyance thus far, is the instructions stating to mount on 1.5" or 2" PVC pipe. However, the station will not receive a 2" pipe - it is too large. I only learned this after purchasing, painting, and mounting a 2" PVC pipe to my large post I set to hold my station. In general, if the AmbientWeather can make one large oversight such as that, what else did they overlook in construction and quality? To Be Determined.

Easy installation and enjoying readings as I type. Also paring weather station with others in the area or other areas make things more interesting.

Great company. Excellent products that work and are easy to set up. Plus, they have parts to replace the ones you have lost….

easy catalog, speedy delivery

Thank you for your professionalism and good service.
Wishing you continued success during 2022.

Easy, fast transaction and my additional sensor arrived quickly. Surprisingly easy to connect.

Informational and easy to navigate.

Very satisfied with my purchase.

Dig seeing the weather. I wish the rainfall could be caught up for the year by using other stations around me. No biggie though.

Can't get it to link to internet. Otherwise unit works fine/

Quick delivery! Had unit delivered in 1 day!

Great service and quick shipping.

It’s been a frustrating. The station itself has functioned properly, but I am dissatisfied with the information available prior to purchasing it, and the app and website have been a complete failure. The mounting and location are very important to the stations proper functioning and there should be more information available regarding what would be needed prior to purchase. The unit does NOT fit on a 2” PVC pipe even though it says it does, the proximity to trees and the impact on the station should be more clearly warned ahead of time, and the accessories are not well described- I neglected to buy some that I wish I had, and there are others I bought that I wish I hadn’t. The app is a disaster it has gone to an all white screen multiple times just in the first day of use and I have had to down load it again multiple times. The log in information on the app does not work on the ambient weather website. Connecting to weather underground is a complete waste of time as you cannot get any information on your own station there nor any other owner operated stations. One of the reason I bought the ambient weather product is due to the ability to see information on other stations in the valley and I have not been able to get that information. I have not yet attempted to use the ambient weather support so it’s too early to say whether I regret my purchase but it has not lived up to my expectations

I was looking for a WeatherCAM and noticed that Ambient Weather had one.
The process to purchased the camera was easy.

Great gift for my husband

The units themselves are great. The mobile app could be much better. Confusing navigation and interaction models. Doesn't adhere to some of the Android standards. Over emphasis on Social. Happy to discuss more- I am a Director of User experience at Roku (ex- Google). Thanks, Sasha 415.515.7227

Product reasonably price, as described, easy to change out (wind reader replacement cups). Very happy with Ambient Weather.

Install was easy and so far everything seems to be working well.
