Always a great experience shopping with ambient weather. I appreciate your quick shipping and your excellent product. I purchased the AW5000 and set it up yesterday. It was easy and seems to be a lot more accurate than my previous WS1002. Thank you, Katherine.

Very pleased with the overall process. I was interested in the WS-5000 which was out of stock. I added my name to the waiting list and was notified when the unit was back in stock. I placed my order and in a couple of days received my WS-5000. I can't imagine the ordering process going any smoother.

Package arrived promptly. Unit easily installed at location previously occupied by an old Oregon Scientific station. Instruction manual a bit dry and I found it difficult to understand. Function buttons very 1990’s and surprised a touchscreen wasn’t utilized. Still unsure what all the numbers are for on the display. I currently have 3 outdoor temperatures displayed….all spread out over 10 degrees. No explanation for the two battery powered sensors.
