Ambient Weather has a great website. i was able to read over the user manuals that i was interested in.it made my purchase decision easy. installation was a breeze, straight forward, wifi set up was a no brainer, checked everything on the ground prior to putting it in the air. solid wifi signal on all sensors and arrays…our barnaminium home is covered in steel R panels roofing and siding. absolutely no signal loss whatsoever.

Excellent sending service and setting up the station was a breeze. Unfortunately, there is still an internet problem in setting up Wunderground, and I'm not sure my call to your trouble shooter was able to resolve it. Seems like the WS-5000 programming is not up to date, and I'm having problems getting it up to date. I shall try for a few more hours, but the instructions are anything but straightforward :-). Cheers and be well. An almost-satisfied Tucson customer.

Your product works great. I purchased a weather station from another company and was having trouble so I tried to get help from their support staff. Well all I got was a response to read about 10 different articles, which did not help. All I wanted was to talk to a human which I was told all they do is use emails. I took down that unit and tried to return it and was refused. That is when I bought yours (WS-2902C). Your instruction manual was complete and had all the info I needed to install and get it up and running on the web. Thank You for a great product. Paul N2HYG

Website shopping cart has issues. The professionals in the sales department were wonderful. The assured I got what I needed. No upswell pressure. They were focused on meeting my needs. Shipping same day. Easy to install and connect to my wifi. The weather station is top quality but the service exceeds that

I ordered the WS-5000-Array with the WS-2000 console. When I received the kit, I realized that it did not include the rain gauge. No where on the web site did it allow me to order the rain gauge (WS-5000-RAIN) when I ordered the WS-5000. The unit is a bit useless to me, what is weather without knowing the rain? How do I order a rain gauge? I don't even see on your website to order.

It was a bit hard to figure out which replacement battery cover to order, and I ordered the wrong one. But customer support made it right very quickly.

I have purchased a few weather stations throughout the years. The first was the AcuRite 01075RM 5-in-1 Weather Station which I had to replace the sensor after a year an a half. Not impressed with its performance. I then purchased the Ambient Weather WS-2902C, It is more responsive with the updates, doesn’t lose internet connection as often and battery life last much longer. Unfortunately I had to replace the main sensor also at a year and a half. I might upgrade next time.
