I purchased replacement wind speed cups. It arrived unbroken and fairly quickly. Installation was easy. Your directions for the entire weather station are easy to follow and thorough.

I'd been toying with the idea of a weather station for years, and finally bought one. I love it! Comprehensive manual made it relatively easy to get it assembled, mounted, reporting to the indoor console, and sending the data to the web. Also, good info on their website about various mounting options. Price seemed to be the same whether ordering directly from Ambient Weather or through an intermediary like Amazon. The advantage of ordering directly was that they threw in a free sensor. Really fast shipping too.

I just purchased my third Ambient Weather personal weather station. Each one was easy to set up and configure. My experience is that the devices seem to have a useful life of around five years. I live in Florida, so my devices aren’t exposed to severe cold weather. I love their technology.

I like the console. UPS was late with their delivery, but that's not your fault.

The ordering was a little confusing to me. One of the items I ordered, which i ordered 2 of, had 2 different prices. Other than that it went smoothly.

Easy ordering and fast shipping. Great product (2902C) that set up quickly. I used the tripod mount and position the unit in my yard. Easy to clean and change battery. Tripod is well made and quite robust. Used one section of the mast extension EX-125-35M to get a 6ft height. Set up on my cell phone and computer was easy. Very satisfied thus far. My unit is about 75ft from the display and is transmitting thru an outside wall. I have a full 5 bar signal. Advertised signal range seems to be conservative.
