Probably shouldn’t complain because I did my PWS ordered but I had to make a phone call to get it done. I could add it to the cart on the webpage but it wouldn’t let me check out. Otherwise the end result was good.

We cannot connect our weather station’s WiFi to our home WiFi. The instructions don’t work on our phones.

Recently purchased a WS-2000 weather station. Ordering process was simple, and station arrived in a few days. Install and setup was straightforward, and setting up on both ambient weather and weather underground sites was pretty simple too. I couldn’t be happier!

When I receive my package from UPS. The first thing I noticed was how well packaged it was. I opened up the box to find it packed with bubble wrap and pack in another box. I opened it up and noticed how everything as well protected and packaged with care. I installed my weather station and had it up and running within an hour..Thank you so much...Mark Buganski,From Cape May New Jersey

Last year I bought WS3000 X5 and was disapointed that I could not get the display on my computer as well. I wrote a letter to AmbientWeather and asked what do I need to do to get readings from a remote location? The answer was I have to install ObserverIP which I ordered. After downloading the manual and the IP Tool, I was told that I cannot use the system with the Underground.com version because my WS3000 X5 is not supported. In order to make it work, I have to work with AmbientWeahter.net. Two more calls to the service desk, but finally it is working fine here. I will install a second set in Europe later in the fall and then I will see the final result. It was not easy to get there, but hopefully it works out.

As it turns out, it wasn't the console that had gone bad it was the power cable. I intend to keep the console, perhaps use it in another location in the house but could you send me another power cable to replace the one that went bad?
