I ordered a replacement console to replace one that I broke. It arrived quickly and works well.

Setting up the system was easy and straightforward. I checked the accuracy of the rain gauge and was pleased to see that it was very close to actual rainfall.

Ordered the lightning sensor for my WS-2000. Received it very quickly. Installed it Tuesday and the storms are rolling here today. Seems to be working very well.

No problems with the transaction but the part purchased does not work on my array even though the description said that it fit my model.

I'm really disappointed. Bird spikes should be included with the original purchase, not as an accessory. The design should change so that you don't have a funky tie strap needed to install the spikes.

Very good shopping experience!! Like how taxes and duty to ship to Canada were calculated on the fly and allowed for all in pricing.

After my older ambient weather station was involved with lightning strike Ambient weather was very quick in getting me an upgraded unit so I could get my station back up and running.
The WS-5000 installed very much like the WS-1001 which made it easy for my to change out.
Ambient Weather has always been there to take care of any needs that come up.

The console is so useful, and so easy to use, I just could not resist a second console for upstairs.

Your products perform superiorly. However, service after the sale has been non-existent. You are totally on your own in figuring out things email and text alerts, linking your pws to weather underground, etc. i have sent several polite, concise and well thought out requests for info not cover anywhere I could find and never received a reply.
