Products are hard to find. Instructions are cryptic. Product was broken, RMA took a day to be issued, two days to be approved, no indication of when a replacement will arrive. Was never addressed as a human, by a human, and no apology or explanation was given. All this for a “plug and play” device.

I was a little hesitant at first since I really had not heard about this company before but took a chance because of the reviews.
My product is working great and I could not be more satisfied with my service call that I had to make even with my bonehead move. Ha! You guys are great and the price was very reasonable for all that you get.

Amazing. I had a few questions, made a call and actually got answers from a real human being! They were very knowledgeable and friendly.
The only thing better than the service is the hardware.

The site was easy to navigate and make the purchase. I couldn’t find what the means of mounting my weather station was before purchase. Fortunately I know someone that owns the same weather station and got my answer from him. So far the station is fantastic. I did have an issue with the rain gauge not giving me measurements but customer support help me get everything working and their response time was fast.

Had to purchase a new console (Ambient Weather WS-2002-CONSOL)for my weather station. The old one lost WIFI due to a brief power outage.
New console arrived quickly and in good condition. Setup was simple and was able to broadcast again.

Love my WS-2000. It was easy to install. All the sensors connected to the display immediately and connection to the internet and Weather Underground was straight forward. The display is sharp and organized nicely. I connected my Hunter sprinkler system to my Weather Underground station and it uses that to adjust the watering schedule. I put an extra thermometer detector in my attic before installing a solar attic fan and that was helpful to see the effect the attic fan had. For some reason I really like to see the peak Windspeed for the day, I don’t do anything with that info, I just read it and say mmm 10mph ok. so watch out this thing can be addictive:)
