Have not been able to get the Lightening detector to detect lightening when I was clearly seeing flashes and my hand held unit was picking them uo. The detector is showing up in my weather station and has 4 bars. I have rest the parameters to high sensitivity and inside even though the unit is outside and theat did not help.

Hail damaged our outdoor weather station. The book that came with it identified the part. We ordered it on line, it was not expensive, and the part arrived in a few days. We were very pleased with the service. Our weather station is working just fine again.

Love this weather station. Performs very well, easy to install. Perfect addition. Always have a strong interest in weather and now got a top of the line device to give me accurate measurements. Very pleased with purchasing the Ambient WS-2902C. Highly recommend!!

Replaced an older AW station. Unit comparison from the site was straight forward with features & reporting service capability details. Ordering was simple w/ followup invoice and shipping info. The unit was well packaged w/ no issues upon arrival.

It's impossible to connect the system. I bought a replacement unit for one I bought that was damaged in a windstorm. But it's impossible to get the new unit to connect. The worst part about it is there is no way to get in touch with any human being anywhere that can give me some help with this. I just want to get this to connect to wunderground But there's no way to figure out what the problem is.
