This was my third order which was shipped and delivered in a timely manner. I've owned Ambient Weather PWS's (2) for almost 4 years and have never had a bit of trouble with them.

The shopping experience was acceptable, but I must give a overall low score due to the poor quality of the items offered for sale. I already gave a strongly negative review of the WS-2902-C I purchased, and did not see any other products offered that would be much better. I loved my WS-1002 and hated that hail took it out, shame you no longer support such a great product.

Didn't know exactly what to buy but they helped very much and in the process saved me some money. Great experience.

Good quality equipment. Had some issues but Tec-support helped me figure everything out. Seems to be working great.

The device does come with a 62 page Manual. And, the Display Tablet does "call home" automatically (Initial set-up).
Display Tablet lay-out, color display and basic factuality is outstanding.
Assembling the sensor array was easy (NOTE: No screwdriver was included in kit. However, a wrench was included in the kit)
Setting up the Display Tablet (location specific information) required a YouTube video .. I found the thick manual frustrating. ~~ meaning pages 22, 23 and 24
NOTE: No battery: the Display Tablet is required to be pugged into a 120 volt wall socket ~~ The power cord is a bit shorter than I expected ~~ Meaning wall mount applications could be potentially restrictive ~~ W/O a battery or suitable power source ~~

Haven't received my order and there asking for a review. 500 dollars and there impatient with me, says alot about a company that is more concerned about there star rating then service.

I’m a big fan of tech and this WS2902 fits the bill. Internet connected to share data is great for everyone! My only real complaint was the procedure to enroll the system with the various weather websites

These sub stations work great. Both are traveling through wood walls, one stone wall and at least 200 feet away, still work great.
