Needed a rain gauge part, they had it in stock and delivered quickly.
I have tried other brand weather stations, Ambient Weather is the best I've come across. Quality of devices and very good, professional service leaves me a lifetime customer.

Great product. Setup was very easy. Use and presentation of data is livery good. Overall I couldn’t be more pleased with the product and the reasonable price.

Ordering was easy and fast. I ordered the bird spike kit for the 2902A. Easy to install...but those mockingbirds just ignore it and perch anyway. Oh well.

Really impressed with the equipment and ease of setup. Love the built in connectivity to weather underground and PWS. The layout is very nice. All the basic needs are there. Touch screen will be a nice future addition, along with advanced customization of the interface and an improved web design with customization features - but the linkages are there to do whatever you want and I suspect eventual information aggregators may displace much of those enhancement requests.

My experience in purchasing the WS2000 was a good one - simple and straightforward. Ambient quickly sent the station out and it was received in a timely manner. The packaging was very secure, assembly instructions clear and easy to follow and set up was a breeze. I was impressed with how well the station is built. Everything is on line and running smoothly. Would highly recommend.

I am very disappointed in the display, because it is hard to read unless you are up close. My old and probably the cheapest Ambient model has a much better display! There is too much stuff represented on the newest one.
I do like the unit that is more compact to mount on a pole or roof. We have hail storms and they have busted up the wind cups on my old 2902 unit!
