Terrific experience. Glad I bought direct from you rather than from Amazon. The fact that shipping was free, shipping speed was similar, and there was a bonus sensor included made it a no brainer to chose purchasing from you. In addition, any problems I may encounter can be directed straight to you, without having to go through Amazon.

Ordered the 2902C weather station and it arrived quickly. I was pleased with the packaging. Everything was well protected and no styrofoam! I was able to assemble the station and have it mounted and working in less than 2 hours. It works great.
My one complaint is that the instructions for setting up the wifi connection were very poor, to the point of being wrong. They left out one important step. Fortunately there were some youtube videos that showed how the hookup was done.

Your technical support person sent me a note saying that he would not share any knowledge about how to install the part. There were no instructions included with the part. I spent many years repairing Met One monitoring equipment for the government. Sometimes a simple tip is all that’s needed for a successful repair. Why not share your expertise? Why sell repair parts ant then hint that there are special secrets for installation that you won’t share?

One locking tab broke off rain funnel during installation. I expect better quality for the price of the water-5000. Disappointing at best.

This is our second ambient weather station. My husband likes to check out the weather and was anxious to get the new one set up. Which he did Sunday. So far, so good. (can't get the day to be on the correct day).
Enjoy the excellent product that ambient weather produces.

The WS-5000 had been out stock, I was notified that it was back in stock. I noticed that the price had increased from the last time I had looked at it. I purchased WS-5000 from the ambient weather store. A week after I got the weather station the price dropped back down. I sent an email to ambient weather regarding this, I got no response.
