Good website - offered comparisons between different models which was helpful. Post-purchase customer service has been good too.

The WS-2000 was sitting on my doorstep 48 hours after I ordered it. It's a gift for my son because I am so pleased with my own Ambient station. My son regularly asks me about accumulated rain totals or high temps or wind speeds. Now he has his own data to watch and compile. My neighbors love the fact that they can tune in to our microclimate stats. Ambient answers the questions.

Matt was extremely helpful as usual. I explained what was going on with my WS 5000 and he immediately knew what it was I ordered a five Volt transformer and received it in about three days. Excellent service! I did send him a follow up email thanking him but also asked how I avail myself of your veterans discount.

The purchasing was fine, but I have no notice it shipped, or indication when it will be shipped,, although ordered October 11, over 2 weeks ago.

So far it works as expected. I have had it about one month and it has recorded two rain events and is giving pretty accurate data.
