Very helpful assistance and troubleshooting guidance of existing systems lead to a proper replacement of only the equipment needing replacement. Quick delivery.

Mixed experience so far. I am trying to list windguru as a weather service, but the ambient firmware has a bug that prevents me from entering anything into the fields. Waiting for you to fix that bug.

I purchased an accessory for an Ambient Weather antenna, but there was a problem. I bought it on the US website, and it turned out to be incompatible with the antenna I had purchased in Europe. It took me a bit of effort to reach support, but the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, only with a refund—there wasn’t an antenna available for the European market. Anyway, thank you.

Although I never received a shipment notification I did receive the station quickly. This is my second weather station from Ambient as my first is loosing its peripherals one by one after 8 years of service.

The censor was easy to buy on the website. The only problem was the directions that came to connect the pool sensor or awful. Thank goodness for customer service and he was able to get me through the set up process very easily.

A week or so ago I posted a review with a low score due to the hardware replacement not correcting the troubleshooting conducted over the phone. I contacted AW's tech support and they were very understanding of my displeasure in not having success with the replacement part I received. Discussion led to an indication the issue was more likely embedded within the mother board. Parts were mailed that day and 2 days later it was a simple plug and play to resolve the issue. Staff made themselves very accessible and quickly replied to email questions. Excellent customer service.

5 star for hardware / zero star for instructions. Recently purchased an add-on sensor for my weather station. The enclosed instructions as to how to pair the new sensor to my console were both wrong and incomplete. Contacting Ambient for support is a waste of time - never get a reply. Only through sheer luck I found a 3 year old video on You Tube that got me there. Otherwise I would have had a useless brick that I would have to have gone through the hassle of returning.
