Behold a Great Light: A Daily Devotional for the Nativity Fast through Theophany
This book is an excellent daily guide through the Nativity fast and beyond. Th reflections are grounded in Easter Christian theology and are capable of drawing in the modern person into inner silence. Well done!

Tapestry bookmark, purple with cross
I buy these bookmarks wherever I find them...at Ancient Faith or at Orthodox Church festivals in my region, usually 6 at a time. Use them to give to people I know who read the Bible or who are struggling with health issues or need spiritual encouragement. They love them.

From Object to Icon: The Struggle for Spiritual Vision in a Pornographic World
Masterful job on a difficult subject plaguing our society. Book offers some really profound insights, deep--yet practical--spiritual insights. So glad that someone took up this tough topic. Bravo to the author for guts and wisdom!

The Orthodox Study Bible, Ancient Faith Edition, Hardcover: Ancient Christianity Speaks to Today’s World
There is much knowledge to be gained in reading this Bible and reading each footnote noting the interpretation of the scriptures and the meaning of lessons learned from the ancient Fathers.

The Orthodox Study Bible, Ancient Faith Edition, Leathersoft: Ancient Christianity Speaks to Today’s World
I find it to be helpful in regards to the footnotes but I am not necessarily impressed with the NT using the NKJV translation. I wished that each book would have a tab so that it can be more easily located as in other bibles. It has a ribbon which is good but I wish that it would have 2 ribbons.

The Creed Explained: Brief Introduction to the Orthodox Christian Teachings with Activities for Teenage Readers
As director of our Church Sunday School this book is exactly what I was searching for to be
used with a teenage group (ages 12- 15) about to begin a Unit on understanding The Creed.
We are currently doing some teaching and review in preparation to address this Unit of Study. I will be better able to give you specifics on how this has helped us in about a month.
