Electric throw stopped working (after 13 months). Tech help said that I needed to replace the controller which I did - and lo, it worked again! Delighted and also very fast delivery.

Wanted to replace the remote as one was no longer working after a year, I have two heated blankets from cosihome. Although the remote fits it doesn't heat the blanket. Very disappointed as I love the blankets and paid good money for them too, was hoping they would last longer than a year.

unfortunately the first blanket I received the controller didn't work. I contacted the company and the problem was quickly resolved and a new controller was sent out. The blanket is very good quality and is now working well. I was impressed with the service when there was an initial issue.
