Love it.....very efficient....am going to,get,another!!

So the collar works wonders for my dog I love it. But bad customer service I would give lower stars but past comments get deleted under 4 stars.

Love the ez900!! Recommend this product easy to use and customer service is very patient with all the questions I had Thank You

The collar works great. In hindsight I would have paid a little more and got the unit with various vibrate levels, because my dog is very responsive to the vibrations. But most of the time the tone is all I need to correct her. He "nightlight" is great for when I let her out at night so I can see where she is. We live in a rural area with no street lights.

I bought this product from educator collars after doing some research. And my decision was absolutely perfect. Thanks to educator collars for wonderful service and help. Product is very good and just started using it. Very high quality technology and functions are very useful. Very satisfied. Thanks.

The mini educator has allowed me to walk my two dogs together off leash with no worries! They responded very quickly and actually get excited when they see the collars come out!! It is very easy to set up and use. I love the 2 dog feature, so I only have to carry one remote. I also love that there is a 100 level range that you can adjust to suit each dog or you can just use vibration/tone mode. I highly recommend this product!

Great collar!

This is second ET-400 collar I have bought, I have no complaints. It is easy to use and does the job.

These collars have been fantastic! Office productivity has gone up 158% in just a few days of use. Every manager should purchase these.

The collar works exactly like it should and we are very pleased with it. It is a very well made product . We are glad we purchased it.The customer service experience we had when purchasing it was the worst experience we have ever encountered. We Spoke with mr Van Curen the owner regarding this situation and were very pleased that he was going to be proactive in fixing the problem we had. We purchased It through a distributor who had a problem employee Byron. He seemed to think he should abuse customers and not offer great service. I guess he may have
under estimated the fact that not all customers would take his child like behavior. Hopefully he was able to get some help for his mental issues and will start to behave like a man .

Best product we ever bought for our dog

We have a 25lb mix of shepherd, chow, beagle, lab, fox?, cat?, dingo? and definitely 5% Genghis Khan.
She is a high energy dog who constantly barks and could never sit still. We have a good sized yard and in order to get her to come in, we have an electric fence, I would constantly have to bribe her with treats or result to me running outside to attempt to coral her at all hours of the night. If she would ever have to opportunity to get out the front door, she was gone.
Needless to say it was getting very exhausting on my wife and I. With our first child on the way we began to get nervous that she would be too much for us to handle in addition to our new baby. We were right. A couple of weeks in we were going a bit crazy. Luckily a friend told us about the MINI EDUCATOR That night we had an incredible episode with the dog that brought me to my knees. I ordered the mini educator that night.

Since the mini trainer Lacey, the dog, comes inside after being told "come" once. We can take her for walks and runs without a leash. She has cut back on barking 75% and if she ever gets to the point we feel she's regressing, you just have to give her a tone and she gets right back to being obedient.

This has not changed her personality at all. We allow her to play as much as she needs and she can run and be happy still and is extremely happy.

Without he MINI EDUCATOR we would have had to look for a new home for the dog.

It has changed our lives every day.

Excellent collar. I have only used the vibration tap button. He is an angel now!

Easy to use, set up and go! Large breed Dane/Mal mix and he is responding very well!

Love this collar! I have a very leash reactive rescue dog (people & humans) and this collar combined with the prong have been a miracle. I cannot stress enough, however, to get the proper technique down through a good trainer. I've watched hours of Jeff Gellman (Solid K9), The Good Dog Minute, and Tyler Muto youtube videos in order to "do it right". I highly recommend all 3 trainers, especially Jeff Gellman.

Love these collars. Durable, easy to use, and in my opinion the best on the market.

Works perfectly on my vizsla, no complaints so far.

I can honestly say that this product really has drastically changed the way training with my dog, I love how low of a setting it takes to get my dogs attention. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to improve communication with their dog

Very pleased with the educator et-800. So happy I did some research and paid extra for this one & didn't buy a cheap one. I have a very large smart and sometimes stubborn Doberman/ shepherd mix. He is trained and knows commands, but would sometimes chase cats or other prey. After a couple weeks with the collar - he has stopped that and at lot more attentive to me. No adverse effects. Very happy. Would definitely recommend.

Very great option for ma SBT but my dog needs only 3impulses and now is like the "robot" so no more ET-800 needed :o)
Unfortunately I failed in spite of all possible combinations set Pavlovian setup of the collar... And no answer for my email for help received.
