I had a nearly flawless loan process. From paperwork to approvals for cosigner was easily done online. Disbursement happened on the committed date as well.
I had some anxiety as a foreign student with a US cosigner but all my questions were clearly answered.
My only gripe is that the loan repayment period starts way after my course completes and I wish that wasn’t the case because if it seems like if I start repaying earlier, I wouldn’t be eligible for the auto debit discount.

I’ve had two loans through Edvestinu. The first one went really smoothly and gave me a great interest rate. The more recent one was a bit of a hassle and I found the process quite confusing. I got conflicting information between emails and phone calls and what the website was saying, so it was hard to figure out what I actually needed to do. My interest rate was also a lot higher the second time.
I also found it really confusing to figure out where to go to make payments. It doesn’t explicitly say anywhere easy to find on the website, so I had to call customer service to find out that granite state management services these loans.
Had a great experience with these guys and also a not so great experience, but overall not a bad place to get loans for school.

Good process overall. Could improve the communication and summary page with the loan status. For example, I would receive an email stating a document was needed but when I would log in to review the loan status is showed all documents were current and nothing was needed at that time. I would call customer service to be sure and they would confirm nothing was needed at that time. Customer service reps were always friendly and helpful.
