EdvestinU was and is amazing with every loan I get! They were so communicative and helpful. Education is such a valuable and special blessing in my life, and without the help of EdvestinU, I wouldn't be able to pursue my passions at American University. Their support staff answers me and my mom's every question so clearly and you can tell they truly care. Their rates are reasonable and they continually impress me with their expertise. 5/5, I hope to stick with EdvestinU throughout my education!

The process was fairly simple and straight forward, and I believe we got a great rate. The only (unforeseen) issue I had was the amount financed/requested. I was initially searching to see what the rates may be vs. other companies, so I typed in a dollar amount that I thought would be close to what I needed. Everything proceeded at that amount, but, after my daughters scholarship and grants came through, I actually needed about $1000 less. When I tried to contact you, the woman I worked with (whom was very nice) basically said I would either have to completely resubmit my request and wait (and time wasn't in my favor), or, accept the larger amount and have the school work with the lender to change the distribution. I choose the later, and even though everything worked out eventually, it was a little more hassle than I wish I had to go through. That's why I'm giving you guys 4 stars instead of 5.

The experience was my first. So I was little late on getting everything in a timely fashion do how much money I needed. The wait time on phone calls after 12pm was a little long and I didn’t give a call back after I left a message. In the morning were very quick and they answered my my questions and pointed me in the right direction. Sending in information was a little bit overwhelming but l got it done . I felt they weren’t getting my information and had to resend it multiple times. Other than that the experience was adequate for my first time.

Overall, I am very happy with my experience with EDvestinU for my student loans. It was a very quick and easy process. I never felt stressed about the process and it was disbursed in a very timely manner. My only criticism would be that it was sometimes hard to understand what documentation was still required for the application process. This was a very minimal issue but a more clear way of delivering what has been submitted and what needs to be submitted would've made the experience perfect! With that said, I cannot complain too much and I am extremely happy!

We had a little trouble with paperwork, we had filled them out and been given the message we were done. The day before I was suppose to move in to my school I got an email saying that teh paperwork wasn’t complete, causing funds to be released late. Due to this, I had a hold on my University Account (couldn’t add or drop classes etc.) until the funds were released. We were able to get customer service on the phone, and double check everything was in the clear

I was frustrated initially because they sent funds to the wrong campus initially. EDvestinU got it fixed, but it caused a lot of stress.
