This was my first experience co-signing, and applying online for a loan. Three star experience because when we went to the website it doesn't list any of the documents you need. The borrower and I just started guessing at one point. We did eventually get the right ones some how because we got the loan. It seemed like jumping through hoops. I'm not sure we will do it again if we need extra for anything else.

Had used a different bank over the past 5 years with my three college students. We kept using the other bank due to familiarity. That bank no longer did student loans and we needed to find a loan for my youngest for her senior year. We found EDvestinU and their process was so easy. Approval was fast and their rates were very competitive with other student loan options. Wish we had found them 5 years ago. Ridiculously high intrest rates. I have a 790 credit score with 10 years of credit history and they still gave me a 7.3% rate. I am also working while in school at Northwell Health (a reputable company) and have been a full time worker for the past 8 years so it was a little insane to me.
