They were very patient and helpful through the process. The tech stuff was a little difficult to get through when both applicants were not in the same place. They did get us to our desired results!

Once I figured out that I had clicked the wrong buttons, my experience turned itself around. We had a pretty great experience. Thank you so much for helping us get our daughter the help she needed for college.

While the overall process was very streamlined, it was also really slow. It was hard to get in touch with customer reps and I was on the phone upwards of an hour every time I wanted to get in touch with someone.

I was shocked at how high rates were when shopping for my daughter's student loan. Was amazed at the rates at EDvestinU. Application was easy. Will effeminately come back next year.
