This loan process overall was very easy and hassle-free, as well as the interest rates are not egregious compared to other companies. My only issue with the whole process was that many documents were requested from us and they were not all requested at once, so it took some time to get all of that in order. Because of this the disbursement was a few days late but that is mostly our fault for not starting soon enough. Overall very easy and helpful process though!

Definitely the best rates. Communication is confusing - I have 3 loans and would get automatic notifications with no indication of which loan it was for. Or the notice would say something was needed but when I’d go to the loan account on the website it indicated all documents were in. Response time was pretty good and all 3 loans were funded quickly. I would use them again

The last 2 times my daughter and I applied for a student loan was at another institute. I was a bit taken back by the many hoops we had to jump through to get them finalized even though out credit is great. This time we went through EdvestinU and did not have the same experince. They made it very simple and easy to get through the process. On top of that the interest rate was much better than the the other place we tried to get a loan through.

After having a great experience with our sons loan through you last year we again applied for loans for him and our daughter this year. What a difference.... this year was a nightmare. What took a week last year was drawn out for almost a month this year. Having to resubmit and wait days For approval only to have to submit more and More documentation. My wife and I both have excellent credit and my sons loan from last year is almost paid off. The delays this year caused my daughters loan to be late to her school by almost three weeks. Fortunately they were understanding. Will have to te-evaluate our option for next years loans.

Realizing that you won't be able to attend college unless you have private lending is scary in these times. EDvestinU had easy to understand options and offered fair and manageable rates that allowed me and my cosigner to make the best decision for funding my expenses.
