The electronic referral system between Credible and EdvestinU miscoded my school (I am a student at the University of Pennsylvania, and somehow I got entered as a student at a different school on EdvestinU's website), and I had to submit a new application. Customer service was reasonably helpful in resolving this, but it created a great deal of confusion at first.

Deciding to co-sign for a college loan for my only Granddaughter was easy. I am a senior citizen and EDvestinU made the entire process smooth and seemless! From the user friendly website, to the patient and caring customer service representatives, to the timely transfer of funds, EDvestinU made a normally stressful decision a simple one. This allowed us to focus on making sure my granddaughter could shift her energy to other things about college, like decorating her dorm with twinkly lights or Using yellow or pink for her pillow, instead of worrying about paying for it. Hi, The customer service and initial loan application process was very good and thorough and provided all disclosures accurately. Once the first part of loan was disbursed and Granite State Management sent us info to create an account it became very confusing. The payment due and interest only payments info. within the Granite State system based on the loan we selected did not reflect anything that we received in our final disclosure. I spoke to 2 different reps and although trying to be helpful neither one understood how interest only loans show up in my account when initially setup and they did not really understand how interest on the loan works and basically provided an explanation but no where online or in documentation backed up what they were telling me. I was told to wait until January 2021 when 2nd part of loan gets disbursed to see data on my account but no guarantee it will reflect payments and info. that I expect based on my loan application and final disclosure docs. Very frustrating and concerning.

The process over all went very smoothly. It was all done online and we got what we requested. It took a little while to figure out what interest rate we were going to end up at. It was a pretty quick deal. We were satisfied with the results.
