The application was fine.
Being able to fill out and sign everything electronically would be great as the process was lengthy.

This is Ron Horak as the email was sent to me. Thomas is the third child to use a third party lender. Our family has experienced with at least 5 other lenders of student debt.
This has been the most pleasurable experience.
The application process and your very timely responses to any questions was great.
Even with Covid this was my best experience and plan to use you for the next 3 years.
As always thank you for the constant communication.

Lots of steps after loan was “processed” for check to be sent out to my school. I had to sign forms more than once.
