This is the 4th year that we have used EdVestinU for our son's loans. Each year, I have a variety of questions and have always been able to connect quickly with a representative, who is both extremely helpful and pleasant. The only thing that was tricky this year was the changeover to the new sign-in, but again, a representative explained how to register for the new system and I was able to proceed easily.

It was honestly a snap and much easier than expected. The online process was well organized and clearly called out actions for both myself (co-signer) and my son. We literally filled out an initial request, uploaded a few documents and a few days later received confirmation of our loan request approval. All via email, online and without every speaking to a person. Then the loan was dispersed with no additional action required by us. Super simple. Great experience.
