Everyone working here is very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is their system is a bit outdated which makes the process quite difficult.

This was my first student loan and I was little nervous applying for one, so it was nice that when I had 100s of questions that you guys were so nice every time I called. Slow processing, does not alert me when new documents are posted to my account, does not followup with my needs (I still have not received my loan money from my school), and does not assist in problems. Rate and term were not what I wanted either, despite 789 credit score and a cosigner with similar credit.

Process has been relatively easy - some confusion between logins and requirements of the borrower vs cosigner. Otherwise, a pretty easy process.

This refinance of my student loans was easy. They communicated what they needed and it was easy to upload any documents necessary. Customer service answered my questions about paying off other loans quickly. The application process was straight forward and customer support has been helpful. My only gripe is the disbursement of funds has been very slow after the approval and completion of documentation.

I had an amazing experience with EDvestinU. I have considered many lenders, but EDvestinU was the choice I ended up making--and I do not regret it! The loan application process was so clear and their website was easy to navigate. The responses I got were quick, and when I called, the representatives were kind and helpful. The whole process of applying for and receiving the loan was so fast, I couldn't believe it. Now I am finally on the path to paying back my loans at a great rate and I couldn't be happier!

Small run loan firm with real people to talk to!! Honestly this was the best option for me and the process was relatively easy. The clarity on submitting forms wasn't a piece of cake but when calling the business you speak to real people in the state and they are very kind and helpful. My interest was reasonable and so far so good!

Great customer service that is easy to get in touch with and very happy to answer any and all questions I had. They are a company that genuinely wants to help you secure a loan for school! I used them for a loan for a post-graduate program and have been very pleased!

I went with EDvestinU primarily for the low interest rate—it was one of the most competitive I had ever seen and I couldn't pass it up. The account manager at my previous loan servicer tried to get me to stay but knew they couldn't match what EDvestinU was offering.

For the application process I was surprised that two personal references (not to be confused with co-signers) were required, I have never seen that before on a refinance application. Both references though were never contacted, my guess is that their contact info is stored in case I skip town and need to be located (I don't plan on doing this by the way).

This was not my first student loan refinance, so I knew the process going into it and the different documents that were required. EDvestinU does a good job notifying you what documents still are needed to complete the process. My only complaint was the time the disbursement took, I wish there had been a little more communication to update me on those steps. However when I called in I spoke with Emily and she was able to very quickly look into it and let me know the expected timing for it, along with a few other questions I had. It was great customer service.

The online servicer platform looks to be user friendly, I was able to easily register, have an overview of my loan details, and set up autopay.

I definitely recommend EDvestinU.
