Although the rates are fair and the workers are friendly and efficient, the online process was extremely annoying, because we kept sending in documents that were clear, but were told we had to send them again. Also, my daughter had to apply twice because you messed up her first application.

It wasn’t that easy to apply and the login link I was sent was to an old landing page but that might have be the fault of Credible and not EDvestinU.

Overall the experience was satisfactory. It took us longer than normal to get the loan approval due to unique circumstances with the way my co-borrower receives income which is understandable. The only downside was the lack of coordination between the front office representatives and the back end credit decision makers as we would submit documents but would only know if they were correct once the back office said so. Everyone was very friendly and helpful though!

I recently decided to refinance my private student loans through EdVestinu. They had great rates and seem like a very customer friendly company. I took one star off because I submitted my application right when they were changing their online application portal which delayed me a little bit but other than that I had no issues. Every time I called with questions they were super friendly and helpful.

Great rates, however, the application process isn't quite clear on specifically what documents are still needed to be uploaded, or why the documents already uploaded do not meet the criteria and what different documents are needed instead.
