Have considered refinancing my student loan for quite some time now and once the COVOD-19 hit I started to act upon it. Every lady I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. The wait time for documents to be processed tended to be a little frustrating but given it was the middle of the Covid-19 outbreak it was understandable. The customer service for EDvestinU is top notch.
