Loan process was pretty easy. My only complaint was the document submitting process. I would submit documents then a few days later I would be asked for different documents. I finally had to call and ask what exact documents I needed, only to find out I had submitted the correct documents. All in all a good experience.

the documentation needed for the processing of the loan was communication clearly. my loan needed bonus to qualify and my employer was recently acquired by another. The request notifications were not clear as to what documentation was needed. I only knew because i am in the lending career, so i knew what was needed. Also, my employer uses Equifax, the work number for employment verifications and i was told that your company does not accept that service as employment verification. not sure why, that is the best 3rd party verification that can be obtained.

EDvestinU's loan process was very easy to get through. Their communication on where you are in the process is simple to understand and very helpful in that you are provided updates with a "live" checklist showing where you and a co-signer are in the process. When I had questions or needed clarification, a simple email to them was all that was needed and they promptly replied each time, providing a reply that was in direct response to my question, and not an automatic reply with a "form letter" response. This is our second loan with them and I would highly recommend their services. Very competitive rates and repayment options as well. Thank you for making a sometimes difficult process so much bearable!

The loan process was pretty easy. My concern was not being told in the beginning what documentation I needed. It was piece mealed. I would submit one item and then be told I needed another. I got several emails asking for a particular document, but each time I called I was told it was not necessary to send. Just ignore the email. Not really an option when you are applying for a loan. Other than that, it was an easy process. Thank you.
