This is a beautiful high quality knife and it came extremely sharp right out of the box. The only down side for me is the sheath which quite frankly has a cheap look and feel to it, I’d much rather the leather sheath that came with the first generation of this knife.
House of knives once again fulfilled this order in record time even with the Canada Post strike they shipped it by UPS at no extra cost.
Personally, I highly recommend the Cold Steel Magnum Tanto XII 3V and House of Knives.

Overall I'm very pleased, nice in the hand, nice blade and very nice deployment and closure.

What a great knife! Excellent action, great ergonomic shape. Fits in the hand wonerfully. Handle to blade weight is nicely balanced. One of my new favorite EDC's!

Ask me in a couple of years how it holds up, but out of the box they absolutely nailed it.

Ergonomics are great for a knife this small. I have small hands so the finger choil is usable and I can get a four finger grip.

After some light stropping it was shaving sharp. The sheath and clip are nicer quality that the Kizer Smolt.

The green micarta is much lighter in shade IRL on mine.

I bought this for our home kitchen to replace some older ceramic knives we have. I was instantly blown away with how well made this knife is and the beautiful craftsmanship put into it! I also want to say that it is not just "sharp", it is "scary sharp" lol. This knife cuts through produce, meats, etc like butter! The fluting on the blade makes cutting starch items, like potatoes, a breeze. The cut pieces have far less tendency to stick to the side of the blade when cutting the next slice.
This is our first high quality knife and we will be purchasing more Kori knives going forward. I highly recommend this knife as an all round kitchen knife and in my opinion should be the first knife you buy.

I bought a new set of cutting boards for our kitchen, along with a new kitchen knife. I was telling the sales rep that I always worry about wooden cutting boards getting bacteria build up in the grain of the wood. She showed me the Kussi Wood Moisturizing Cream and how it seals the wood grain to prevent the board from drying out and cracking. I was a little bit skeptical but I purchased it anyhow, and I am delighted that I did!
I washed all the new cutting boards I purchased and allowed them to dry thoroughly before applying the cream. The cream is made out of bees wax and food grade mineral oil. I found the easiest way of applying the cream was to put on a pair of disposable gloves and grab a generous finger scoop of the cream and completely rub it into the grain. Once all surfaces, edges included, were fully coated, I put the board off to the side to allow the grain to fully absorb the cream. After about 30 minutes, I used an old dish towel to buff the excess off the boards and then followed up with a couple paper towels to ensure there was no residue.
This process worked like a charm and these cutting boards are fully sealed! When cutting fruits and vegetables, you can literally rinse under the tap without soap and everything rinses off. If cutting meats, I would recommend using a soft sponge and dish soap, then rinse thoroughly. After washing, allow to air dry. You only need to reapply the cream when you notice the board is wet and not beading liquids.

I highly recommend this product and it is definitely one that I will continue to purchase in the future!

I carry this knife every day in my jeans front pocket. It's nice and thin so I can't even feel it. It opens with one flick of a finger and is super sharp. I am very happy with it

Although a bit pricey, the quality, weight and design of this knife are proving to be an excellent fixed EDC knife. Sharpens quickly and easily with great edge retention.

The first thing I noticed was how well balanced this knife is in the hand. It’s amazing how much less my hand is fatigued after prolonged use. Wicked sharp and holds its edge very well. Stropping after use keeps the edge true. Warm water wash and dry after use keeps it in great shape. I asked a well known knife maker in USA which brand of cooking knives he recommends and it’s Shun without a doubt.

Smooth open and close super sharp

This is an excellent knife. I like how it feels in my hand, it opens really smooth and the carbon fiber touch is in really good taste.

This knife is a good rudimentary knife but it is stiff to open and needs a bit of strength to unlock the liner lock. I realize that over time it will become easier to open but the lock is flush with the other side of the knife which will always mske it hard to open.

I was looking for a small budget edc folding knife and the squid was perfect and looked good , cant go wrong with a crkt!

This is my first Kizer knife. I must say Kizer is a very well made knife! The button plunge lock mechinism is impressive, the blade geometry and overall design is genuis. You can open this knife four diffrent ways! It is easy to open and close, the detent is really good from the bearings. It folds smaller than a typical Spyderco. The Nitro V blade is cost effective at this price point and it holds a remarkable edge after a week of using it. It's still shaving sharp! I haven't had to resharpen it yet. The G10 scales are nice and grippy. This is definitely one of my favorites. Its a light and budget friendly EDC. TY HOK!

If it ever shows up, when ever that might be, I am sure it will be a great knife.
