Zero Tolerance ZT 0350 (0350)
The quality of this knife is amazing. Sturdy, strong and sharp. The only thing I would like to have is the same knife with a 5" blade.

Glad the slightly smaller version is still loved, maybe theyll make you a 5" model someday!

I'm not a collector, so this is a dust collector with no value to me. It didn't cost anything and it's a neat token - if you're into this, you'll love it.

Opinel No.6 Carbon Steel (113060)
I have carried an Opinel #6 for 40 years love the way carbon tool steel sharpens and because of the light weight causes few holes on your pocket

So true, the opinels are light and smooth and just feel so natural as a casual carry!

CIVIVI Elementum II Polished Ultem (C18062P-7)
I have a lot of Civivi knives and this one’s probably the most friendly in the office. If you pop open a Praxis or Cogent with people around you’re bound to get some side-eye looks at the very least. Not with this happy little chap. The shiny silver blade and cheery yellow Ultem scales are the polar opposite of “tactical”. Discretely sized, it makes for a low-stress office EDC.
Shipped scary sharp, too.
Knocked one star off because the pocket clip isn’t reversible for southpaws. Five star knife if you’re one of those right handed freaks.

As a right handed freak we are sorry! It does seem like more and more knives these days are working towards being reversible, give it a few years and they all might be!

Kershaw Scallion - Framelock (1620FL)
Really love this knife, its a perfect fit for that little pocket on jeans. Slim yet hefty enough for cutting through tough cord. And looks great and feels good in the hand.

Shun Classic 9" Bread Knife (DM0705)
A sharp knife indeed! Cut myself already! I find it difficult to cut through my sourdough loafs. It is possible that I need to get used to using this knife for this purpose, which is the very reason I bought the knife to begin with. So the three star rating may reflect user inexperience rather than knife quality?

This Grohmann Santoku was on sale at House of Knives so couldn't go wrong with price and Grohmann quality. Support Canadian products !
