Favourlight Rechargeable Headlight (H1117)
This is an awesome little light with loads of power to light up the area you’re working in. Super useful for camping when you want your hands available as well as for when working in poorly lit places. Turn on the light and you can see clearly. Love it. And an added bonus, it is rechargeable so no need to worry about finding batteries. Love my light!

5 stars fit and finish. A more pronounced sharpening choil would be nice. We'll see how it performs in the fall if I'm lucky enough to bag a moose or deer.

Spyderco YoJumbo Carbon Fiber CPM S90V Sprint Run (C253CFP)
I love it!! I chipped the tip about 30 seconds into handling it :( but that’s my fault. Otherwise, my only complaints are the blade centering (the blade is touching one of the scales) which I was hoping wouldn’t be an issue on a sprint run version of a knife. My paramilitary 2 came dead center so I was hopeful that the Yojumbo would be the same. The knife looks really cool though, the blade is practical for self defence but especially utility use. Ahhh, the last complaint is the blade hitting your finger when you close the knife with the compression lock. I’ve seen mods that solve that issue so maybe they could do something similar on their end? I am satisfied though, and the knife shipped super fast for free shipping.

Fusion Classic 2.5" Turning Knife (9807-6)
I love it. It is sturdy and very sharp. I love a turning knife, it is my go to knife in the kitchen multiple times a day. I will probably buy one for my twin sister and probably my daughter too.

This knife is a BEAST. Having fairly large hands, this knife is a good, comfortable fit. Sharp blade and an ergonomic handle. I’d definitely buy this one again!

Spyderco Pacific Salt 2 Green FRN Serrated (C91FSGR2)
I work on tug boats on the west coast and having a sharp serrated knife is needed. Let me say, this one does not disappoint. Ultra sharp, lightweight and ergonomic make this tool a staple of gear to have. A bit high on the price point as knives do get dropped and lost but if you take care of your gear like I do, I can accept the cost.

Victorinox Swiss Army Nail Clipper Red Stainless Steel (8.2050.b1)
I think these are perfect for fingernails and if it was for that alone I would give it a 5 star rating. My use case is to use it for all nails, and this doesn’t do great on toenails, mr. big toe in particular. I never use the super large clippers, so I know that the small ones can typically handle all nails. With that said, it is super compact—more than any other nail clipper I have seen or used. Time will tell how long these last, but I am hopeful. Build looks good to me so far.

Benchmade Sibert Bushcrafter (162)
The knife is, as one would expect from Benchmade, amazing. The sheath, on the other hand, is pathetic. Absolutely astonishing that this is what they provide with a $300(cdn) knife. Some modifications will improve it. The button, which in my case unsnaps way too easily, will have to be replaced, and an extra rivet or two on the belt loop will solve the issue of the thing flopping around on your belt and the blade falling out because the button inadvertently unsnapped. This has happened numerous times in the first week of owning the knife(resulting in minor chips on the edge). I'm not carrying it anymore until the kydex sheath I ordered arrives, or I do the work on the leather sheath. Seriously disappointed in the sheath, but I love the knife so much I am still giving 5 stars.

Hi Tyler, We are sorry you dislike the sheath that comes with the Sibert. Have you considered going to the Benchmade website and contacting them to let them know that although you love the knife, the sheath does not meet your expectations? Always keep in mind that your business and opinions are very valuable and it is encouraged you share your thoughts so improvements can be made.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and we sincerely appreciate your business.

CDN Floating Waterproof Thermometer (88FT220)
Disapointed because the probe is really too short (just 1 inch) and doesn't reach the middle of the liquid. Since the probe is so short, it doesn't read the same temperature at the top of the couldron than the bottom. Not good use for cheesemaking.
